Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! Below is our policy for returns and exchanges, which reflects our partnership with our fulfillment provider.

Timeframe to Report Issues: If there’s a problem with your order (wrong item, misprint, damaged, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Include photos of the issue and your order number so we can help quickly.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Please send us a clear photo of the item and describe the issue.

Wrong Size Ordered: All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for size issues. Please be sure to check the size guide before ordering. If you're unsure, reach out—we're happy to help before you buy.

Returns for Buyer’s Remorse: Since each item is custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (for example: "I changed my mind" or "I don't like the color").

Returns Address: Do not return items to our business address. If your return is authorized, we’ll provide the correct return address and next steps.

Order Not Received: If your order appears lost in transit, let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and, if necessary, send a replacement.
